Welcome to Water Tracker! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, or using Water Tracker, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Water Tracker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Water Tracker is a mobile application designed to help users track their daily water intake and maintain healthy hydration habits. The app provides:

• Daily water intake tracking and progress monitoring
• Customizable hydration reminders and notifications
• Personalized hydration goals based on individual needs
• Historical data and progress analytics

User Responsibilities

As a user of Water Tracker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your profile and goals
• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Maintain the security of your device and app data
• Understand that you are responsible for backing up your data if desired

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Water Tracker for any of the following:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the app

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Water Tracker offers optional premium features available through auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Premium plans include Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime options. Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app and may vary by region.
• Eligible subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the displayed price.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play Store > Subscriptions on Android). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Water Tracker app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Trifoil Trailblazer and its licensors. The app is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Water Tracker is provided 'as is' without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to the medical accuracy of any information provided by the app. Always consult with healthcare professionals for medical advice.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trifoil Trailblazer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. You may also terminate your use of the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trifoil Trailblazer operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
